1.The first step is to click on the 'login'
button which is located in the red strip at the top of our
Home Page. This will enable new users to register with us
and previously registered users to log-in to their account.
It will also save time when ordering samples.
2.Having logged-in / registered, return to our home page and
select the first blind type you are interested in by clicking
on one of the eight boxes listed under 'online shopping.'
(Selecting 'Roller Blinds' for example, will take you directly
to the Roller Blind page)
3. When you arrive at the blind type of your choice, scroll
down to the colour swatches and click on the swatch that interests
you. You will then see all the various colourways / patterns
that are available in the colour category you have selected.
4. Click on the colour you want to order a sample of, and
you will be taken to a new page giving all the details of
that specific colour, including minimum and maximum sizes
etc. On the same page, you will be given two options: 'get
price,' or 'order sample.' If you click on 'order sample,'
you will be taken to a new page which will show the sample
you have ordered.
5. If you require further samples, click on 'continue shopping'
and simply complete the process as before. You do not have
to place separate orders for different sample types, just
mix and match samples from any of the eight blind categories
and add them to your order. You may also delete any sample
at any time by using the 'delete' button on the summary page.
6. Once you have selected all the samples you require, click
on 'checkout.' If you have already logged-in/registered, you
will be taken straight to the checkout page where you can
verify your samples and view the delivery information.
7. If you are satisfied that all is correct, click 'order
sample,' and within a few seconds you will be given a sample
order number which you can use for future reference.
8. If you do not receive your sample(s) within 4 to 5 days,
