At Concept Blinds Direct all of our window blinds pass rigorous quality control procedures before being dispatched to you.

If on receipt of the Blind there is apparent damage to the packaging please mark the delivery note “ Packaging Damaged” or some other appropriate comment.

In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect or faulty blind or it has been damaged during transit please e-mail us at the address below quoting your Order Number.

Our friendly sales staff will deal with all your queries quickly and efficiently and, if necessary arrange for the defective blind to be collected.

Once the Blind has been returned to us and if it is found to be faulty or defective we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you without delay.

There will of course be no additional delivery charge for the replacement Blind.
