Concept Blinds Direct is a family owned and run business with over 50 years experience within the Blinds Industry. We originally started as a blind fitting company supplying and installing blinds in homes and businesses across South East England. Then with the development of the internet and the increase in online shopping we set up our website. We have been supplying blinds to the entirety of the UK via our website since 2007.
By combining great customer service with modern online business methods we have become one of the leading UK blind companies. Our aim is to offer you the finest quality blinds available in the UK today, together with prices that offer unbeatable value.
We sell exclusively from our Website. We offer comprehensive Measuring and Fitting Instructions online. We also have experienced blind fitters on staff to assist customers with any questions regarding measuring for and installing their blinds.
As we are a small family business we are sadly do not have the staff available to be able to offer home visits to measure and install blinds for customers.
We have a free sampling service so customers can see samples of the fabric or slatting before a blind is made. Free samples are ordered on the website and are posted directly to customer’s homes.
We offer a delivery tracking service to let you know when your blinds have been dispatched and are out for delivery.
We also run an after care service dealing with any issues that may crop up after you install your blinds as per our 5 year guarantee on all our products.

Each step of the process from taking your order, through the various elements of the manufacturing process, and finally to packaging and dispatching your order, are carefully monitored by our highly skilled staff, every one of whom is dedicated to ensuring that your blind reaches you both in perfect condition and on time. We never want to leave our customer’s unsatisfied and will do all we can to help you select the right product for your needs.

As regards your financial transactions, we operate a Sage Pay protected totally secure website, so your financial details are absolutely safe. Even our own staff do not have access to your financial details.
The Manufacturing Process
Every single one of our blinds is made-to-measure to fit your precise requirements. Our manufacturing facilities are amongst the most modern in the UK. Every material we use goes through a series of rigorous quality control procedures to ensure longevity of the final product. We are sure that you will be pleased to know that all our blinds are made here in the UK with the exception of the Timberlux Real Wood and Splash/Bella Roller ranges which are made in mainland Europe and our Z-Lite Roller and Aquarius Roman blind ranges which are made in Vietnam.
At Concept Blinds Direct we are not just concerned with taking your order. You will find our customer service department both helpful and responsive whatever your needs and once again every one of our staff is dedicated to making your shopping experience with us both enjoyable and rewarding. We aim to respond to all customer queries within 1 business day and have meet this target in over 99% of cases.
Our Technical Advisors are Gavin and Keith. Between them they have over 70 years experience in the blinds industry. Both Gavin and Keith were originally blind fitters for a number of years so are able to provide great advice on measuring and installing your blinds based on their expertise.
Our Customer Service Advisors are Callie, Jen, Tash and Joy. This part of the team will let you know when your goods have dispatched and will assist with any general queries.

Whilst we are a small UK based family business we committed, in our own small way, to ensure we take all reasonable steps to mitigate slavery and human trafficking in our business activities and supply chains in relation to the Modern Slavery Act of 2015. Our Sales and Customer Services Team are UK based, all of our products* are manufactured in UK based facilities, and materials are sourced from approved global suppliers.
* we have 3 ranges that are made in Europe (Timberlux Wood, Prime Roller and Z-Lite Roller ranges) but these as are from approved manufacturers that also adhere to the above standards

Our telephone lines are open 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday.
Call charges are up to 7p per minute from a landline. If calling from a mobile, please check with your provider on their specific call charges or just email us to request a call-back at your convenience.
We use an 0845 number as this enables us to transfer the phones between different offices to ensure someone is always available even during staff break times. We will always call you back at your request to save you any unnecessary cost so do ask for this if it is needed.
Outside of office hours there is a voicemail option. All voicemails are responded to within one business day.
