Our Starwood Real Wood Venetian range is excellent quality. This UK manufactured, fully made to measure range is available in a small but varied selection of colours. The wooden slats are made of sustainable sourced bass wood which is kiln dried to reduce the chance of warping. Each blind is supplied with a matching pelmet, base rail and co-ordinating cords.
If you order your blinds as Exact Size the pelmet will come mitred with end returns to fit onto the end of the pelmet covering the side of the headrail.
If you order as Recess Size the pelmet will arrive square cut with no returns as the window recess walls will cover the end of the headrail.
This range does not have stained slat ends so the ends of the slats will remain a natural bare wood colour. This is fine for blinds installed inside of a window recess where the recess walls will cover the sides of the blinds. If you are installing outside of a recess and will have a side on view of the blinds you may prefer to opt for a range with stained slat ends such as the Sunwood, Sherwood or Timberlux ranges.

The dispatch time is how long it takes from the day you place your order for the goods to be made and sent out with a courier. Each range will have its own dispatch time. Delivery will then usually follow between 1 to 3 working days after your goods dispatch.
Couriers deliver for us weekdays only, excluding Bank Holidays. During extra busy periods, such as in the run up to Christmas, couriers may start doing weekend deliveries but usually deliveries are made during weekdays. We do not offer a weekend delivery service.
We always recommend that you supply leave safe instructions when you place your order. This prevents deliveries being missed if you are in the bathroom, don’t hear the doorbell or have popped out for 10 minutes at the point the courier arrives. The couriers can leave safe at your door, in a porch, garage, shed or back garden or with a neighbour on your street.
We will email you when your goods have dispatched.
All deliveries are fully insured in case of loss or damage in transit. After your delivery has been received do unpack it and check it over as soon as possible. Please let us know within 7 working days if anything has arrived damaged or is missing from your delivery and we will assist you.
